Because the FDX format is almost universally exportable regardless of what screenwriting software or site you currently used, we started by creating a comprehensive FDX import to allow you to get your partial or completed scripts uploaded and ready to go fast and simply.

If you have been using Final Draft™, just import your script file. With other software and screenwriting sites, find the Export function and choose the Final Draft export option to create a file we can read and interpret.

If you only have a PDF version of your screenplay, our importer is very comprehensive.

Everyone uses PDF files, and they have been a standard for submitting screenplays to agents, producers, even competitions. Additionally, creating a PDF from any editing software is practically a guarantee, whether a dedicated scriptwriting system or not.

About our own TVE file format

We created our own file format to save scripts from our site, best to just note for now that if you save a script from Script 360 to your computer using the TVE export, you can also import that file at a later date.

In the coming months...

We plan to add additional script file formats to our accepted list, stay tuned. That will ultimately include files from other popular screenwriting systems that have been around for years.
